    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing our website and playing "Money Printer Go Brrr" (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Game.

    2. Entertainment Purposes Only

    The Game is a satirical clicker game designed strictly for entertainment purposes. The "money" generated in the Game has no real-world value. It cannot be exchanged, cashed out, or used to purchase real-world goods or services.

    3. User Data and Save Files

    Your game progress is saved locally in your browser using LocalStorage. We do not store your game progress on our servers. Clearing your browser data may result in the loss of your game progress. We provide an export/import feature, but you are solely responsible for backing up your save codes.

    4. Intellectual Property

    The Game, including its original content, features, and functionality, are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Game.

    6. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
